* CQA - Packaging Supervisor is a part of R&D Team. The job holder will support packaging quality activities across various platforms and ensure project delivery in close partnership with across functions like Supply Chain, Procurement, Product development, Processing, CTI, CMI, and Packaging Suppliers, to drive consumer focused, innovative, and optimized packaging solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate in engineering/Science/ Polymer Science with Mandatory PG qualification in Packaging
- 3-4 years of experience required preferably with Packaging /FMCG / Pharma experience.
- Working knowledge in a wide range of materials especially in the key materials for the category – Flexibles, Rigid Plastics and Paper Board
- Technical Specification & Supply Chain Support
- Educated in packaging technology or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience in an FMCG company (3 Years), ideally with packaging experience
- Experience in using measurement and testing equipment
- Manage good technical data records – project data, specifications, test results
- Able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
- Flexibility in work style to be able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Manage and deliver their own agreed work plan.
