• You turn raw materials into powerful content.

• Your focus is concept → editing → posting.

• You don’t need to shoot everything yourself — but you must know how to shape ideas into videos that people actually watch.

You are required to:

• Concept & Storytelling

• Develop content concepts based on provided raw materials (footage, livestreams, interviews, events, campaigns)

• Turn brand messages and trends into clear video ideas

• Structure content with strong hooks, flow, and endings

• Editing (Short & Long Form)

• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, recaps)

• Add captions, music, effects, and pacing that match each platform

• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips

• Posting & Optimization

• Publish content on assigned platforms following the content plan

• Adapt formats, ratios, and captions per platform

• Improve content quality based on performance feedback

SUCCESS METRIC

• Raw materials --> published content without delay

• Consistent weekly output (short & long form)

• Improved watch time, retention, and engagement

• Media team trusts you to own content end-to-end

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or content creation

• Strong editing skills using CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut

• Experience with both short-form and long-form video content

• Understand how to turn raw footage into engaging stories

• Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram formats

• Able to work independently with a clear deadline
