This position will report to Creative Manager.
The job holder's main responsibilities include: 70%: PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION & 30% 2D LAYOUT and FINISH ART WORK DESIGNER
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom etc.
- Skills in video editing and animation is a benefit. Premier Pro, After Effects or other.
- Strong graphic design skills, creative, original thinking.
- Be efficient while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Good communicator, works well within team and pro-active with ideas.
- Understand and follow briefs accurately.
- Managing one’s own time and workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Possess a strong graphic design background and portfolio.
- Good knowledge of new technologies, social media and design trends.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
