About Creative Team
The Creative Team is at the core of powering this mission. The team is responsible for gathering, enhancing, and transforming customer data into the creative idea for new products that best meet customers’ needs.
On the journey to provide the best personalized products to our beloved customers, Greenmazing is seeking young talents with daring spirit to join and create the most enjoyable customer experience with customized items.
Research:
- Do market research regularly
- Analyze competitors’ strategies
Organization & Idea creation:
- Organize and take responsibility for the performance of an idea team
- Discuss with COO and the team to build up idea strategies in detail
- Create new ideas with team members
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design team to turn ideas into specific products
- Collaborate with marketing team to have appropriate modifications in product development
- Collaborate with customer support team to improve current products or suggest new idea strategies

Skills, competence:
- At least 2 years experience in POD industry
- Have a profound performance as an idea creator (must-have, become a top seller is a preference)
- Have organization and leadership skills
- Have a good mindset
- A passion and a strong understanding of US-EU culture.
- English: at least 6.0 IELTS or equivalent.
