- Receive and discuss briefs on jobs from/with Head of Brand Creative
- Support Head of Brand Creative in develop thematic campaign idea and executions
- Create creative solution that transformed into Conceptual ideas and Social Contents & Artworks
- Practice social listening and capture social trends. Make use your social listening skill to produce relevant creative solutions, based on the agreed project brief
- Developing outbound contents strategy and implement them in each and every given touchpoint and platforms.
- QC contents from third parties to make sure they are aligned with given brief, brand image, brand look and feel.
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with other division of brand team
- Daily review of job status with the Head of Brand Creative
- Work with Designer team to deliver high standards of finished work.
- Co-ordinate with all the departments (Project team/ Campaign team, …) and other third parties (agencies, production house)
- Review and make sure to complete and check all tasks as required by internal
- Ensure close collaboration with project team to guarantee all works are under brand guideline & requirements.
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

- The right candidate will know how to capture social trends and turn them into conceptual
- You will know how to capture the essence of campaigns, understand Tiki services/campaigns
- You must have knowledge of analyzed and research skills
- You must have ability to create creative concept and develop creative copies for given social platform (Tiktok, IG) – experience in being a successful Tiktoker or -owning viral page/community is a plus
- You must be social media native and have a pulse on new and creative industry trends and a creative sensibility thatextends across content genres.
- You must have ability to create high-quality, solid communication strategic plan
- Being able to work well with another team, department.
- Deep dive on customer/audience insight & behaviors
- A powerful passion for television, film, music, pop culture & of course, Vietnamese culture is a
- Also, to be a very successful in a Tech Company like Tiki, you should have a sense of data driven
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years‘ working experience as a Senior Copywriter in an advertising agency or SR Brand executive/Social - Community Manager of e-commerce, retail, FMCG
- Excellent writing & speaking skill in both English and Vietnamese
2. Professional & Soft Skills:
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Digital knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
- Excellent communication capability
- Humble and willing to learn every day
- Critical thinking and have service mindset
