Creative Manager

In the Creative Manager role, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing development of all new written and media concepts for testing

• Overseeing pilot livestreams: Production, Studio Operations, and Analytics

• Directing the development of new media content in all mediums: video, livestream, imagery, scripting

• Integrating successful pilot concepts to the regular Livestream team

• Building reports and analyzing key results and findings of pilot tests, including but not limited to, expected annual budgets and ROI

• Arranging and organizing materials for reports to senior management at OnPoint

• Managed the coordination of internal resources cross-functionally and across teams

To succeed in the role, an ideal candidate should ideally meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience in creative media (e.g., film, television, advertising)

• Upper Management-focused – ability to encourage, empower, and develop team

• Strong business acumen – able to identify issues and deliver data-based insights and recommendations

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a collaborative attitude

• Flexibility and adaptability in mindset and way-of-working

• Action and goal-oriented – problem identification / analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Fluency in English and Vietnamese
