TLE Finance - Australia currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a Credit Analyst to join our team. Credit Analysts are responsible for assessing loan applications and approving applications for home loans, personal loans, credit cards and third party loans.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Melbourne, Australia

#Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, - changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence
- Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
- Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay
#Daily tasks:
- Verify documents (bank statement, payslips, IDs, etc...)
- Check bank's policy to make sure applications suit the lender's requirements
- Handle pipeline from the start until the settlement
- Call and communicate with our clients: following up, clarifying and checking details, giving basic recommendations
- Communicate with brokers to strategies application structure
- Communicate with the third parties (real estate agent, solicitor, etc...) to finalise applications
- Team work with our support team to complete the application, from start to end

- English - excellent writing and speaking skill. IELTS 6.5-7 all band
- Vietnamese - excellent writing and speaking skill
- Email - Excellent email written skill (professional)
- Extremely organise, as we will be handling a lot of client's files/documents with strict deadlines
- Analytical skill - as we need to come up with many strategies during the application process, thus we will require someone with a strong analytical skill
- Attention to detail - We need to verify client's documents in detail (every bank transaction or every small detail on the payslips...), therefore attention to detail will be our most important requirement
- Excellent computer skill
- Able to work under pressure
#Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years in mortgage lending (Home loans)
- Bachelor of finance/accounting/commerce in reputable University
- Prefer someone who has worked in an overseas/English speaking environment, but not compulsory
