Credit Analyze (Salary Up to 2500 USD - Work in Lao)

• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applicants.

• Review financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and collateral.

• Perform credit scoring, rating, and due diligence for SME and corporate clients.

• Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to the credit committee.

• Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure credit quality and identify warning signs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan policies and procedures are followed.

• Provide recommendations to improve credit approval workflow and risk management practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

• Previous experience working in a bank or audit firm (minimum 3 years).

• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and lending practices.

• Familiar with loan documentation, financial statement analysis, and credit scoring models.

• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking) is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualification: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related fields.

Working location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic and international travel).

Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.
