The Job holder is responsible for implementing related activities in card operations, participating in deployment of card system, card operations process and workflow and new technology.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Credit Card Operations
- Set up for all process for Credit Card (Issuing, Delivery, Statement, Payment, etc.)
- Collaborate with other departments to implement card payment with other banks
- Work with card product and IT system to find solutions for process optimization
- Set up operations process with vendors, testing and launch from operations side
2. Credit Card product and service enhancement
- Work closely with Mastercard and ICT for setting up system and enhancement, upgrade card services and operations
- Collaborate with Digital Transformation Department to set up credit card services and functions on Digital Platform (activation, deactivation, payment, installment conversion, reward management, etc.)
- Testing and evaluating new technology
3. Customer service process
- Build customer services process (SMS, IVR, customer inquiries and complaints)
- Work closely with related departments to ensure all operations supports are addressed on new system
4. Other ad-hoc tasks

- University Degree majored in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration.
2. Work Experience
- 1-3 years working experience in credit card operations, digital web/app or relevant fields
3. Knowledge
- Card system, process, technology
4. Skills
- Strong analytical and solution thinking, multitasking
- Be pro-active, pay attention in detail, flexible to join any project
- Excellent presentation skill and effective communication
