I. Job Summary
Credit Card Business Associate plays the role like as Product Marketing senior specialist in banks/financial institutions who support the Credit Card Business Head in all marketing planning and activities. This role is to support to create, develop and execute marketing plans/strategies that are consistent with brand standards and align to strategic objectives; as well as manage cross-functional relationships across business/groups and vendors to leverage opportunities and services.
II. Key Accountabilities
His/her key accountabilities include:
1. Card Business (40%)
- Proven understanding of credit-card products in financial industry; not-only, but including the card features, competitive landscape, customer segments and customer consuming behavior among banks and Fincos in order to suggest the product features, marketing campaign & relevant activities to ensure the business target.
- Support to monitor the business performance from daily basis, building up incentive scheme and sales contests for Sales.
- Work closely to Card Business/Operation, Digital Marketing & Transformation and Sales to suggest effective marketing activities to support sales/business initiatives.
- Support to break down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
2. Marketing (40%)
- Support to monitor the competitive landscape for credit card engagement to understand trends and make strategic recommendations for SVFC card campaigns.
- Support for the management of Partnership programs with merchants.
- Hold responsibility for conceptualization and execution of marketing deliverables for Credit Cards.
- Support to manage budget/sponsored budget, scope, and timeline for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure that all campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI
- Participate in the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes to ensure quality delivery, good customer experience and Group branding guidelines
3. Others (20%)
- Support to provide analytical and technical support when in-need.
- Support to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
