His/her key accountabilities include:
• Closely monitor the competitive landscape for credit card engagement to understand trends and support to make strategic recommendations for our campaigns.
• Support to maintain ownership of the customer engagement budget and plan goals with accountability for meeting strategic goals.
• Determine effectiveness of each campaign through analysis of response rate, approval rate and activation rate of responses to the campaign.
• Support to develop and implement short- and long-term plans/strategies, activation plans, schedules, budgets, communications and tactical plans as required.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially with the Sales team to ensure the business target achieved monthly.
• Support manage budget, scope, and timeline for acquisition/retention marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure that all campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI.

2. Minimum Experience
- At least 02 years proven working experience in Credit Card Product team lead (Product/ Acquisition Team).
- Advanced experience in developing Marketing Acquisition/ Retention plans.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills.
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
- Good knowledge in credit card products and customer segmentation in financial industry.
- Experiences in launching credit cards, acquisition/ retention campaigns.
- Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders.
- Collaboration, multitasking, ability to lead and work with a team.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Problem solving, analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal).
