Credit Controller (Temporary 7 Months)

1. Responsible for account receivables as daily AR collection, posting of clearing, deducted A/R,...

2. Monthly establishes reconciliations AR balance confirmation.

3. Follow up payment with customer, sales team and bank. Find out the potential reason of payment delay and proactively resolve and clear the issues to make sure getting payment.

4. Liaise with customer and mails form letters to customers to encourage payment timely or getting payment schedule

5. Handling of creating payment term, credit limit of customers in charged

6. Responsible for sales incentive as create condition, incentive payment

7. Well cooperate with sales team to ensure that job will be solved timely and minimized pending

8. Weekly report as assigned by Credit Controller Manager

9. Comply with company procedures and fiscal management laws and regulations.

10. Other ad hoc duties as requested

- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills

- Flexible in new assignments and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings

- Be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks

- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity

- Able to quickly adapt new working culture

- Communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing)

- University in Finance – Accounting

- Computer skills as MS excel, MS word

- Good written and oral English skills, ability to communicate well at all level
