Credit Operation – Home Loan (Collateral)

- Perform data entry for loan application, including credit bureau information checking, and ensure data input quality for credit approval and credit post-approval operational activities

- Consolidate and monitor end-to-end loan application status, and control service quality control of 3rd Party companies such as collateral appraisal companies, legal firms, insurance companies.

- Validate and approve the collateral appraisal results considering the quality of the proposed assets as collateral

- Follow up on the review of the collateral appraisal price in accordance with the period specified by the credit policy.

- Review customer and credit information, verify customer's income, appraise and approve/reject retail loans

- Prepare standard loan contract documents according to credit approval

- Manage legal documents

- Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and Product features and booking into system/corebank

- Manage and keep documents related to credit contract and Collateral, including controlling document retrieval from the strong room in an appropriate and efficient manner.

- Prepare regulatory reports e.g CIC, SBV, BOT

- Check and record/update information of insurance premium. Monitor and Check the collateral's obligation to renew / not renew the insurance policy when it is due.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accouting, Finance, Business Administration, Law and/or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in housing loan operation or related field, and familiar with rules and regulations of banking services

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, etc.

- Fluent in English
