Credit Rating Analyst

• Collect and analyze industry data as required, including market information, macroeconomic data, and bond-related data.

• Develop Credit Rating models and methodologies (Financial, Non-financial, and Bonds) in compliance with international practices and Vietnam's market standards; develop and conduct Credit Rating reports.

• Present methodologies and report result to the Rating Committee, clients, partners, and investors.

• Conduct periodic monitoring of rated entities, including collecting public information and working directly with the entities.

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory frameworks across industries, and latest Credit Rating methodologies.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas:

• Risk management or credit approval at major banks.

• Research departments focusing on Banking or Real Estate sectors at securities firms.

• Auditing, business consulting, or M&A fields.

• Relevant roles at other Credit Rating agencies.

Skills:

• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills.

• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive reports.

• Effective presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English (mandatory requirement).

• Programming language (Python, R) is a plus.

Knowledge:

• Candidates with ACCA, CFA, FRM, or CPA certifications are preferred.

• Specialized knowledge of finance, banking, investment, and quantitative analysis.

• Understanding of Credit Rating methodologies.

• Familiarity with Vietnam’s and international financial markets.
