CRM and Business Effectiveness Manager

As a CRM & Business Effectiveness, you will be responsible for Data control & Analyze to propose & support Field Force team more effective.
1. Data & System ( 20%)
Sale Data Intergrity – Master & manage raw data to be 1 trust source
- Simplify & innovate for more automatic on data & tracking
- Make sure data match with market by channel, by account
- Ensuring data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean up
- Data available with atleast 3 years history & easy to export
- Work closely with all stakeholders in countries e.g. Country Head, Project - Managers, & Operations Manager to help translating data, conducting data analysis, and providing valuable insights will be essential to drive effective decision-making and project success.
Accountability & Key contact for data system : PBi & internal system
- Work on Power BI for supply and sales data accuracy reporting to management. Analyzing, monitoring, tracking process, highlight risks, documenting and reporting on various aspects of projects to National - Commercial Head & Country Head and contact person to HQ.
2. CRM (20%)
- CRM - Lead the CRM project from data to execution & tracking frequently
- Monthly tracking on operation & system
- Monthly report & analyze for effectiveness, proactive to propose how to simplify and effective
3. Business Analysis & Controlling (40%)
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales & performance analysis as a support to Field Forces & country head
- Company Business Review – Report : analyses and making the compelling presentation which gives sharp insights helping the management to drive action
- Monthly Business Review with HQ
- Quarterly Business Review with HQ
- Monthly Sale & Marketing meeting
- Monthly / Quarterly Field Force business review – by ASM / RSM to product / channel / account level
- Monthly / Quarterly Marketing business review by group products
Dashboard & report:
- Monthly tracking to products / regions – province / ASM / RSM : Tender, By channel in general & by account level, Key Account ( Retails, WS, Chain, Hospital)
- Quarterly tracking : By strategy / Promotion
4. Sale force Analysis (20%)
Territory:
- Monthly tracking territory, analyses & propose for better performance in term of execution & effectiveness FTE.
- Quarterly analyses territory & provide data for MSD to do the business action plan
Incentive effectiveness:
- Analyze the Incentive scheme and propose for more effective
- Analyze team performance, incentive curve
Capabilities tracking:
- Consolidate and tracking monthly Rep performance
- Quarterly / monthly update the capabilities tracking
- Control and manage the Sale Forecast process & improve the process accuracy +/- 5%
Stay informed about industry trends (through various reports), best practices related to business analysis.

Education required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- CRM / Sale force system experiences at least 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation
Skill Required:
- Able to work with Field & need of board of directors and many level of stake holder. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Business oriented mind & Sense
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise requirements
Behavior required:
- Proactive and able to develop plan / strategy for driving business.
- Proactive tracking & follow up to make sure business to be update
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Key performance Indicators (for internal purpose)
• Data accuracy from Power BI and internal system.
• Overall Timekeeper: timely analyses , report, making presentation & various data points of reports.
• Setting Guidance and Publishes fortnightly updates by analyzing various complex data provided.
• Keeps Pace to bring on the table elements which are important and need urgent attention.
• Communicator – Communicates the Gap vs Targets and updates Board of Management
