CRM Executive

1. Customer Data Management

- Manage and maintain customer data in CRM/CDP systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

- Build and refine customer segments based on behavior, transaction, and lifecycle data.

- Execute campaigns to drive account creation and warranty registration.

2. In-App CRM & User Journey Management

- Execute in-app CRM activities including push notifications, pop up, in-app page content, and lifecycle journeys.

- Support key app journeys such as onboarding, warranty registration, loyalty program, and post-purchase service engagement.

- Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup, testing, and deployment.

3. Customer Insights & Performance Tracking

- Monitor CRM and app engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, retention, conversion,…).

- Analyze customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and personalization use cases.

- Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with CRM app, Digital and E-commerce Team, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service teams to deliver consistent customer experiences.

- Support UAT, propose system enhancements, and CRM process improvements related to app and customer data.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the execution of Panasonic’s corporate online and offline events

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, app marketing, or customer data operations.

- Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP or marketing automation platforms.

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and data-driven decision-making

- Having experience in partnership collaboration is a plus, particularly with external brands, agencies, or platform partners
