JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will really make an impact as you get to look at the customer journey and identify areas for improvement. The CRO Specialist will own the A/B testing process, web insights and analytics.
• Increase engagement and conversion rate of our client websites through A/B testing
• Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites and landing pages
• Use data to drive plans: perform ROI analysis and drive decisions on opportunities and marketing/conversion effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to create implementation plans the A/B tests
• Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests
• Produce and present testing roadmap and CRO performance reports
• Create design, content and development guidelines based on findings from winning tests
• Stay on top of Conversion Rate Optimization trends, new tools, and best practices
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 5+ years of experience with website and e-Commerce
• Four-year college degree required in Marketing, UX Design, Analytics, or related course of study
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO or other website analytics optimization tools
• Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements
• Solid understanding of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
