CSR Auditor - Open for Compliance Experience

This full-time role for a Social Auditor is based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City/ Ha Noi, Vietnam. The Social Auditor will be responsible for conducting social compliance audits at various manufacturing sites to ensure adherence to social standards and ethical practices. Key tasks include preparing audit reports, documenting findings, and collaborating with clients and suppliers to develop corrective action plans. The auditor will also monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement in social compliance.

Working time: Monday - Friday

Location: HCM/HN

Experience in conducting social compliance audits and knowledge of social standards and ethical practices

Strong analytical and observational skills

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken

Understanding of local labor laws and regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, HR, or related field
