We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer with proven track record within banking technology sector. The Chief Technology Officer will be the key driving force in ensuring a secure and effective platform for our customers, so as to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our bank and facilitate the success of the bank. Our ideal candidate should have a solid technology expertise and strong leadership capability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all matters relating to technology in the organization (bank), including IT architecture, strategies and develop the solution roadmap to meet business goals
• Together with HR department to build-up technology department
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training technical leaders
• Lead and manage the different teams and resources in the technology department, including Application Development, IT Security, Client Technology and Technology Operations to achieve business goals
• Create and manage timelines for the development and deployment of technology services
• Manage the budgets and time frames of technology projects
• Identify risks and opportunities for existing and future projects
• Stay updated of emerging technological trends and developments
• Ensure that all technology practices align with compliance regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven minimum 4 years experience as CTO or similar managerial role with a bank
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, data security and infrastructure
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation, with hands-on experience in programming
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A strong strategic and business mindset
• Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Native Vietnamese and able to speak English
• Proven minimum 4 years experience as CTO or similar managerial role with a bank
