CTO Giám Đốc Công Nghệ Securities Chứng Khoán

We are looking for a companion of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the development of products/technology for our Securities Company. This position will work in Vietnam and the SEA region. The CTO will report directly to the CEO and BOD. Our ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise, strong leadership & strategic capability, and last but not least, and robust knowledge & experience in the Securities sector.

*** Roles and Responsibilities:

● Oversee all matters relating to technology in the organization (Securities industry), including IT architecture strategies and develop the solution roadmap to meet business goals.

● Take responsibility for all technology-related issues including but not limited: strategy - vision, planning, architecture, solution roadmap and effectively daily operate and manage IT resources... to ensure the growth and flexibility of the technology aspect.

● Directly participate in the product development process

● Build up and develop the technology department from scratch together with the companion of the HR department. Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training technical leaders.

● Create and manage timelines for the development and deployment of technology services.

● Develop customer information and data security, applying advanced security measures and complying with legal regulations.

● Manage the budgets and time frames of technology projects

● Stay updated on trends, opportunities, and risks in the IT industry, specifically in the securities area, and consult with BOD on solutions to ensure the company’s competitive advantages.

● Ensure that all technology practices align with both the company and governance's compliance regulations.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

● Proven minimum 4 years experience as CTO or similar managerial role ( D.CTO/ Head of Technical Dept…) within the securities industry.

● Excellent knowledge of IT architecture, securities, infrastructure, data…

● Extensive experience and understanding of Cloud Computing, Real-time Systems, and distributed financial transaction systems...

● Solid knowledge and experience in design, IT system development, data security, and overall architecture... ● Able to take on an excellent overall management perspective and directly participate in product development.

● Business thinking, management and the ability to link Technical and Business goals at an overall strategic level.

● Ability to lead and manage teams, ability to develop teams.

● Proficient in English in communication, presentations, and negotiations with foreign partners and stakeholders.
