Custom Declaration Staff

• Review, and submit necessary import/export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (C/O), Customs Declaration, etc.

• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with current customs regulations.

• Use customs declaration software (VNACCS/VCIS) to submit electronic customs forms.

• Monitor declaration status and respond promptly to any errors or additional requests from customs authorities.

• Work with customs brokers, port authorities, shipping lines, quarantine agencies (if applicable), etc.

• Communicate with warehouse, transportation teams, and sales to ensure timely cargo handling.

• Resolve issues such as missing/late documents, inspection requirements, red channel clearance, etc.

• Propose timely solutions to avoid delays in the delivery schedule.

• Maintain proper records of customs files as per regulations.

• Update declaration data and submit regular reports to management.

- 01 years experience in logistics field

- Fluency in English (oral and written), Chinese speaking

- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working.

- Good sense of customer service and team work.

- Sense of urgency, able to prioritize.

- Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
