Customer Account/ Merchandiser

1. New Project Development

- Engage with clients to gather project details, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to offer recommendations for quality improvements and value-added features.

- Coordinate sample development to meet client specifications and timelines.

2. Sales Order and Mass Production Coordination

- Manage and process sales orders, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients.

- Oversee production schedules, testing, labeling, shipping, and other logistical aspects to ensure smooth project flow.

- Identify and address potential production or delivery issues to uphold the highest standards of service.

3. Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare detailed sales reports and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order statuses, and feedback.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.

- Support clients with design and sourcing assistance, ensuring products exceed their expectations.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer account role, preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry.

Technical Proficiency:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with International shipping processes and quality control systems is an advantage.
