Customer Care Representative (CCR) opens for FRESH GRADUATED candidates who are DEDICATED in customer service, have proven ability to deal with problem in a calming manner, possess WOW SERVICE MINDSET with a clever communication.
CCR’s main tasks to perform well are:
1. Customer Experience:
- Trouble shoot problems happen to customers on website;
- Directly support customers to fulfill their requests via multi channels (live chat, email, hotline);
- Improve customer experience at any contact points.
2. Customer Satisfaction:
- Support customer to recruit candidates (screen & advise CV, search suitable candidates...)
- Proactively study jobs online and have proper advices that help customers to recruit effectively.
3. Service Excellence Culture:
- Generate and in charge of some initiatives to promote and strengthen company’s service culture.
4. Special projects:
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by Line Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh graduated in Foreign Language, Human Resource, Hospitality or related fields.
- Have experiences in Recruitment, Customer Service and Hospitality is preferable.
2. Skills Requirement:
- Great customer service mindset is a must.
- Strong communication skills (both in writing and speaking Vietnamese/English).
- Can work under high pressure and ability to generate ideas.
- Carefulness, Detailed, Problem Solving skills.
- Can-do, Adaptability and Willing-to-learn attitudes.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
