Customer Care/ Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Schedule and follow up on customer appointments.

• Accurately record and manage customers’ medical files.

• Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.

• Communicate current promotions and service information to customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries, receive and resolve complaints effectively.

• Support doctors during customer consultation sessions.

• Analyze customer needs and propose ideas to improve service quality and business growth.

• Provide professional dental consultation, clearly explaining procedures, costs, and promotional policies.

• Close service sales, follow up, and encourage customers to sign treatment contracts.

• Manage and utilize assigned potential customer lists.

• Make follow-up calls/messages after consultation to track conversion progress from potential to actual customers.

• Achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets as assigned.

• Prepare sales reports, customer consultation statistics, conversion rates, and revenue for management.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Record daily tasks and report directly to the team leader.

• Prepare appointment lists and treatment plans for the next working day.

• Check and update customer information in the management system.

• Monitor customer check-in and check-out at the clinic.

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher.

• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or dental services.

• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.

• Team-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.

• Willing to work under pressure and overtime when necessary.

o Base salary: VND 9,5 mil – 12 mil/month

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (total 48 hours per week).

• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
