Department : Marketing Department
Manage digital, service and communication marketing activities to support market growth and retention strategy. Applying proven digital expertise, agility in tapping new opportunities and partnership management skill, this person will drive achievement of sustainable market leader position in complex digital environment
- Implement the communication & branding strategy in line with product strategy.
- Manage social media accounts and publish creative content to bring the impact for relevant stakeholders.
- Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to plan and send out the press releases for new products, company vision & mission.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that follows the trends and reflects the tone of voice of the brand.
- Source, acquire, and onboard creators/content partners from diversified channels (social media, Facebook, YouTube video platforms, fan, and chat community, etc.,)
- Facilitate creative content ideas and write copy that is consistent with the brand and incorporates SEO best practices
- Researching Industry related topics, preparing structured draft using digital word processing and publishing platform
- Brief and directly work with the agency team to leverage digital platforms/ tools with relevant and powerful contents
- Together with CMM to create big and bold communication/ promotion activities, new product launches
- Understand the market trends and consumer insights to further explore new opportunities and new business.
- Perform initiative and creative ideas for the online campaigns support to key customers and targeting to online users.
3. CUSTOMER MARKETING
- Apply Design Thinking methodology in build-up and design the right customer experience for defined channel, then suggest with the right sales support (including FG, POSM, customer meetings, events, training, …) and proper communication tool
- Together with CMM to organize the cooperate event (Opening new factory/office, company anniversary, …)
- Work with co-branding partner to promote the company brand
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public relations, or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in Brand communication; exposure to food/ retail would be an advantage.
- Strong digital content writing experience or copywriting experience, ability to understand complex information and communicate it in a simple, engaging way to the targeted audience groups.
- Experience with social media creation and management. Ability to write short form engaging content for Facebook/ Instagram posts, and YouTube and other channels.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and teamwork.
- Creative thinking, attention to details, flexible, self-motivated
- Quick update about new trends and customer needs.
- Have an ability to work interdependently across functions and levels
