JOB SUMMARY
• Support the Channel Sales Manager-Corporate in driving corporate sales growth and business development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate sales network.
• Execute strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer development strategies with company goals
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Account/Channel Management & Business Growth
• Manage corporate relationships and ensure long-term engagement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned channel/accounts.
• Negotiate and manage contract discussions to secure strategic partnerships which deliver sales growth.
2. Sales Execution & Performance Tracking
• Implement sales action plans and contribute to achieving corporate account targets.
• Monitor and report on corporate sales performance and market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize account strategies.
3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine engagement approaches.
• Support market research initiatives to identify emerging business opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives.
• Align corporate sales strategies with broader business objectives.
• Provide input on trade marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
5. Reporting & Strategic Recommendations
• Prepare sales performance reports for management review.
• Contribute to strategic discussions by presenting key findings and trends.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer development efforts
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in sales and good understanding of marketing/trade marketing functions
• Work experience in multinational company, FMCG industry experience (3+ years preferred) or related fields, with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.
• Good understanding of forecasting, and commercial analysis to drive sales performance.
Functional & Leadership Competencies
• Fluency in English, computer literacy
• Experience and good understanding of Sales and Marketing in wine and spirit business or related field
• Good business development and corporate relationship management skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Communication and negotiation skills for corporate sales and partnerships.
• Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ensuring responsiveness to market changes.
