Customer Due Diligence JLPT N1 or N2
Job description
- Prepare Customer Due Diligence (CDD) form using customer information and personal IDs with high carefulness
in inputting information, checking evidence and judging the result based on the rule.
- Communicate with PIC in BP for each customer when the evidence is not sufficient.
- Communicate with HO departments with customer in Japanese to obtain customer or private information.
- Transit excel basis CDD process to Access centralized data base.
- Other related duties instructed by the Management.
Job requirements
- University graduated.
- Good communication : very fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2)
- English in business level (Listening-Speaking-Reading-Writing)
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales.
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- High team work spirit and responsibility, careful & hard working.
