Vertiv Vietnam is in search of skilled Customer Engineer Thermal to be based in our Hanoi Office.

Responsibilities:
- Responds efficiently and professionally to calls, inquiries, and requirements of customers to performs equipment technical support and service solution
- Schedule & implement preventive maintenance at customer sites
- Corrective maintenance/ fault restoration handling
- Start-up/ commissioning: Checks and verify the correctness of equipment installation which includes piping/ electrical specs/ installation done by contractors/ end-user for completing commissioning
- Coordination with Vertiv Global Technical support team for resolve customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related thermal/Precision Cooling fields
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician or Customer Engineer
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role who are willing to be based in Hanoi
- Ability to read/write English technical document
- Working background on thermal or precision Cooling is an advantage
