• Management of CRM databases: maintain systems and data quality with high accuracy; provide effective support for systems’ users with consistent processes
• Monitoring of sales funnel in collaboration with Sales Department to achieve KPIs
• Management of CRM - After Sales
• Management of customer touch point and develop CEM measures to generate customer satisfaction across the journey
• Monitoring of customer service processes to ensure effective solution across channels
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across importer and distributor organizations for overall CEM/CRM performance
• Management of CEM Team to deliver effective CEM performance
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 5 years of solid working experience in a similar role
• Familiar with systems and CRM platforms
• Analytical thinking, data-driven
• IT knowledge and Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT…)
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and project managerial skills
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration ability and strong team player
