- Drive success of Availability & Freshness
- Implement new Supply Chain solutions and work together with multi-functional teams
Build Relationship and Trust with the Customers:
- Maintain the contacts with the customer
- Gain insight into the Customer’s operations and Customer's needs - Understand the Customer's KPIs and the way of measuring them, align and review regularly Customer's and Nestlé's KPIs
- Deliver actions to respond/eliminate operational issues
Lead change toward efficiency for Customer Service Team with cross functions
- In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
- Working with Sales Management, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance LaVie's "ability to win", supported by Customer Facing Supply Chain methodology
Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of CFSC processes
