RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer handling
Receives the enquiries from customers via email, performs validation and provides feedback to customer
Receives the physical forms from customers via mail, coordinates with Citi stake holders to facilitate customer request
Performs other coordination with Citi stake holders to facilitate customer requirements
Records management
Receives record retrieval request from stakehoders/ from TSA partner, perform validation and provides feedback to the requestors
Performs records retrieval, records categorization/ tracking, as well as respective logistics
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Holds at least Diploma or Degree in any field
Previous experience of customer enquiries handling
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English
Assertive and able to manage in situations where there may be limited information
