- Execute customer research projects across business units within Be Group, i.e., Ride-hailing, Digital bank, Mobility, Insurance according to business objectives and brand strategies.
- In-house based research: Implement end-to-end projects from questionnaire design/ discussion guide, fieldwork, data processing to charting and reporting. These tasks involve using various Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies depending on the nature of the project design, especially related to mobile application.
- Out-source base research: Effectively manage research agencies and provide solid input/review to ensure the highest quality of the deliverables and time & cost efficiency.
- Gain knowledge of the company, industry and strategic opportunity and constraints, and contribute to build CI as a center of expertise for the stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-functional cooperation and communication with other teams properly e.g., Product Marketing, Customer Support, Tech, CRM, CX…
- Start-up spirit.
- Adequate knowledge of various research methodologies and approaches including but not limited to U&A research, product concept test, brand health check, focus group discussion, in-depth interview.
- Strongly analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data and insights from different sources into sound business recommendations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy (always oversee execution and delivery of quality outputs).
