- To deliver overall KPI of Modern Trade - On-premise (OP) to Develop & Deliver Brands objectives per Channel/Customer (including volume, revenue, profitability, etc) via Brand ITM activities, customer JBPs, insight based categories development/customer development activities.
*** Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Deliver Brands objectives for OP channel
• Develop category/brand strategy & objectives per OP channel (50% of business; stores: 85% of stores contribution
• Develop & Execute category/brand guidelines in terms of visibility, brand engagement/communication, pricing, for OP channel based on insights of channel and shoppers
• Plan, Develop & ensure execution New Launch plan and build New products in 6 months with KPI, tracking and action plans accordingly
• Plan, Develop & ensure execution Brand ITM deployment for OP channel with effective costing
• Maximize Digital Marketing
• Plan, Monitor & control effectively Budget: A&M Push, POSM production, TOT etc.
• Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned and as per customer wiring matrix to build good relationship with customers and to get insights from customers
2. Customers JBP
• Plan, develop & ensure for Insight-based Joint business planning activities per top customers, per ITM alignment
• Responsible for customized big events of top customers (in JBP) fitting with channel insight/customer strategy, shopper insight & brand strategies
• Support for Top to Top engagement with top customers & WCCE JBP with top customers
3 Channel/shopper insight based Category management & development
• Do forecasting in monthly, rolling 3 months yearly for OP including new SKU's
• Do Category development per sub channel, formats: Pack/mix/Pricing & Revenue management and or portfolio initiatives
• Deliver CAT man with customers: assortment, opportunities to max portfolio, display, pricing, revenue management, pack mix, together with Cat Man project person
• Develop Category growth driver and Category Development
• Work/update regional/ Sector team to leverage best practices and/or to win regional/global customers re CMKT activities
4. Identify & Win New Business: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new launch/portfolio/ideas/POSM innovations) & ensure execution
5. Others assigned by line managers/business
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Strong knowledge of On Premise channel and Customer strategy & channel Operation understanding,
• Shopper Understanding per Sub Channel; Insight activator; Digital marketing understanding,
Category Management & Development including Revenue management
• Capability in analysis channel/ brand/ price/ pack trends in OP channel vs total industry.
• Strong communication/ interpersonal/ leadership skills to be able to communicate effectively with Senior Level Management of SPVB and Customers
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Fluent in English & Computer skills (MS Office)
