Mô tả công việc
1. Deliver a seamless and personalized payment experience:
• Guide and support customers through the payment process, ensuring the method best suits their needs (SCO, cashier till, mobile payment, etc).
• Actively assist and engage with customers during checkout to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Be fully proficient in all checkout operations, from opening to closing procedures.
• Promote customer loyalty by encouraging customers to join the membership program and ensuring they are identified in the system.
2. Create a welcoming environment and ensure a best-in-class user experience:
• Ensure the safety of teammates, customers, and store property at all times.
• Offer a warm, friendly welcome to every customer across all interaction points.
• Engage with each in-store customer using professional body language and communication (smile, eye contact, greeting).
• Stay present at the store entrance, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide comprehensive service offerings aligned with the store’s customer service policies, including product returns, financing, membership, repair workshop, rental services, etc.
3. Drive customer satisfaction and conversion across all channels:
• Recommend products and services, both physical and digital, that meet the customer's needs and expectations
• Contribute to merchandising by maintaining intuitive layouts that simplify customer decision-making
• Restock shelves and product displays efficiently to ensure product availability and accessibility at all times
Yêu cầu công việc
*1–2 years of working experience in customer service, retail, or other roles involving direct interaction with customers.
• Willing to work on weekends (5 working days per week with a compensatory day off).
• Concrete, punctual, and well-organized with a hands-on, on-the-field mindset.
• Proactive, risk-taking, and accountable. You take ownership and play to win.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to explore innovative ways to engage and serve customers.
• Digitally savvy, comfortable working with data, and process-driven in your approach.
• Passionate about sports. You actively practice at least one sport on a regular basis
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English.
