Customer Relationship Manager (Financial Leasing)

• Develop and lead teams for corporate customers to financial leasing. • Manage entire disbursement, and ensure quality of work by leading teams to achieve KPIs. • Proactively plan and deploy the search and access to new quality customer sources to exploit needs, advise and convince customers to use products and services in the financial leasing area/ realize opportunities, and effectively manage risks for customers in charge and their value chain. • Responsible for reports to the Functional Head. • Guide and assign sales projects/approaches to team members to maximize the sales abilities of staff and sales opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance – Banking, Economics, or related fields are preferred. • At least 8 years of sales experience in corporate banking or financial leasing. • At least 5 years in management team lead roles. • Proven customer service and aftersales experience and result orientation. • Able to communicate clearly and persuasively in dealing with internal & external contacts. • Fluent in English.
