Customer Service

- Execute customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data, Transmission, Documentation and Invoicing.

- 执行客户的服务要求，从预订、货物运输到数据传输、文档和发票作业。

- Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.

- 与国内外代理合作处理货运事务。

- Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, air & sea freight, sea consol) until close file.

- 处理货运相关文件（进出口、空运和海运、海运拼箱）直至作业完毕。

- Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.

- 解决有关问题以提高服务交付水平并最大限度地减少成本影响。

- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.

- 确保客户满意度并以专业的方式向客户反馈。

- Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately.

- 及时、准确地准备报告与更新系统

- Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world class service.
