Customer Service, 2 Person

Job Description:

- Handle import and export shipment (Air and sea: release D.O/A/N, Booking,...)

- To follow up the shipment and settle arising issues under responsibility

- To work with related parties for shipment arrangement

- To prepare Debit/ Credit note, follow up payment with consignee/ carrier

- Deal with customers for cargo information, arrange booking, follow up shipment.

- Arrange receipt & delivery of cargo from/to customer

- Work with airlines/ shipping lines to arrange shipments/ keep track of cargo routine

- Send shipping advice

- Support team Log to close job.

- To coordinate with related Team to solve arising internal issues.

- Solving trouble and find the solution for every case

- Will be discuss more on the interview.

Job Requirement

- College/ University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marine, Foreign language

- Must be good communication in Chinese.

- Able to work under pressure

- Good teamwork, long-term working, responsibility.

- Good computer literacy

- Self-motivated

- Experience in related field would be an advantage
