3. Contact with shippers for all necessary support procedures
4. Key in to internal system for booking
5. Help to solve trouble cases for customers

Job Requirements
1. Prefer experience with 1-2 years in freight forwarding company
2. Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can work under pressure
3. Computer skill is required
4. Have experience in SEA export FCL/LCL
