JOB SUMMARY
- The position is responsible for maintaining and sustaining the relationship between the supplier and client companies by accommodating and meeting client’s requirements and expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create New Customer in CRM
- Receiving customers POs from sales and input data on system, follow up Delivery Schedules and make sure that Sales Order (SO) created timely and accurately.
- Support sales team to create SO/ DA for customers without POs when they are out of office.
- Coordinate with the business any information necessary to facilitate the requirement of customer.
- Coordinate with team to ensure that goods are delivered on schedule to customers.
- Timely inform customers/sales team in case of there is any risk of shortage materials, failure to deliver on time
- Facilitate together with Sales any claim or complaints as to discrepancy in actual delivery made with customer order.
- Maintain file of POs and Quotation per customer
