Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Support & supervise parts & service working activities:
- In charge of outsourcing and maintaining sufficient labor force for loading/delivery of fitness equipment for the North projects.
- Familiarize yourself with current SOPs, then work closely with HBM to review and improve SOPs to increase operational efficiency, minimize expense.
- Prepare maintenance and spare parts quote and contract
Salesforce: Main categories of SF
- Case in warranty machine with Customer for the North
- Case out warranty machine (for no service contract) for the North
- Case out warranty machine (apply service contract) for the North
- Service Contract Agreement and Maintenance Process for the North
- Case Delivery and Installation for the North
2. Parts inventory management:
- Physical management of parts stock in Hanoi office.
- Work closely with chief technician & HBM to fully understand about existing parts stock system, the frequency to order spare parts, replacement parts, warranty parts & service requests.
- Execute monthly reconciliation of parts stock take with parts inventory accountant.
3. Contact with customers for parts and service sales issues:
- Assist to contact with customer regarding after sales service under HBM direction.
- Work closely with AR accountant in liaising with customer regarding debt collection follow ups.
4. Logistic related jobs:
- Coordinate & work closely with logistic supervisor to find and settle transport/loading supplier.
- Arrange transportation & labor for loading on/off and delivery , cost consolidate for month end.
- Update stock availability in HN, coordinate with sales team and logistics in HCM for stock booking for projects.
- In charge of stock take of Ha Noi warehouse & report to HCMC Logistic supervisor.
- Liaise with Logistic supervisor to follow up delivery & handover process to ensure on time delivery & support for collection.
- Warehouse management: check space availability for upcoming goods, make sure product stored in good condition.
Salary range: VND 15,000,000 or as negotiation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate (Business administration/Customer service).
- At least 03-year working experience with systematic approach in related field is required.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Good at English speaking & writing
- Dedicated, proactive, detailed oriented, integrity, good organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work independently
