- Understand and effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and products/services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Accurately process customer orders and requests, including billing and shipping information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management
- Continuously seek to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
