Customer Service & AR Accountant (Temp 6 Months)

JOB SUMMARY: Sale Accountant – 6 months contract

Responsible in daily Sale Order (SO) operations and Account receivable (AR) process. This role works closely with Sale, supply-chain & 3 PL in SO, having AR skills, AR collection from Clients, checking the customer reward schemes,

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sale order process:

• Receiving orders from customers and sales staff,

• Keying order into system. Check available stock and customer’s status of debt and then inform the relevant person to get approval to releasing the order,

• Following up the sale order, work close with the Warehouse to serve any issue,

• Billing invoices to customers.

2. Account receivable knowledge:

• Checking and storing all the VAT invoices.

• Reconcile Issued invoices vs. Delivery notes vs. Customers receipts to follow up AR and resolve in time any mismatch

• Follow up the payment deadline of invoice

• Make debt reconciliation every quarter or/ as requested.

• Checking bank accounts, recording receipts and net off debt.

3. Checking inventory and others requirement:

• Daily checking available stock and inform to relevant department about stock transfer to ensure having suitable stocks for selling.

• Managing document: arrange and store document easily for retrieval

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• At least 1 year’s working experience in Sales accountant/Accounts receivable Accountant

• Hands-on experience with accounting software

• Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS excel
