Customer Service Assistant (Service Management)

1. VIP Lounge Management

- Taking care of VIP customers to ensure customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge

- Providing and supporting information for VIP customers at VIP Lounge, ensuring the best conditions at VIP Lounge

2. Customer Service Management

- Develop ideas to enhance customer’s satisfaction

- Giving proposal on the solution to prevent issues or complaints

- Research & making strategy to enhance the service quality for normal customers and VIP customers.

3. Customer Service Training

- Training Service mind for Lotte Shopping Mall staff.

- Training Coaching skills & Brand staff management skills for Sales Management Team.

- Training Service skills for Lotte Mall Front Office staff.

4. Front Office Management

- Managing and training Front Office staff

- Daily checking duties: Hygiene, displayed products and other related service duty on-site

- Customer contact point for VIP Lounge, Service Lounge, Information Desk, POP, customer’s facilities.

- Support events, promotion as being required

1. Bachelor degree, any majors, good looking appearance

2. At least 2 year-experience in the relevant position; Having experiences in 5-stars Hotel, Shopping Mall, Airways is an advantages

3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese

4. Be careful & accurate, have good team-work and communication skills

5. Can work under high pressure and self-motivation

6. Working time: 5 days/weeks from Mon to Fri (08:30 - 17:30). Be able to work in evening shifts, weekends and holidays at some peak times if the job requires
