***Working scopes:
● Reply customer's concerns, issues, inquiries on different channels and operators
● Ensure all tasks are done within required time frame set out by department procedure
● Manage the order process: confirmation, delivery, shipment status until the completion
● Process return and refund to customers according to sell channels and company's policy
● Collect and handle reviews & feedback from customer
● Collaborate with other teams and teammates to improve the client experience and NPS
● Be ready for the evolution of skills and teamwork in different exciting campaign and business needs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

● From 2-5 years of industry experience in related-category.
● Good at English communication
● Work experience with ecommerce, trading is an advantage.
● Customer service and hospitality mindset
● Excellent oral/written and platform skills, outstanding communication and persuasive skills.
● Desire to work in a team environment and foster cross-functional support and learning
● Self-motivated, can-do attitude, and passionate for ecommerce and its possibilities
● Problem solving, speed at work and learning attitude
● College degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or related
