Customer Service At Shopping Mall
Job description
Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)
Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
Job requirements
Flexibility to work on shifts.
Can communicate fluently in English; highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
Good-looking appearance, from 20 to 25 years old.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive at work.
