Customer Service B2B Executive

• B2B customer service often involves communicating directly with client companies—answering their questions, helping them troubleshoot issues, or providing them with the resources they need to solve problems.

• Clarify the customer's complaints & provide solutions to recovery service

• Working with other stakeholders to find solutions for hard complaints & to resolve customer issues.

• Proactive manage and have the ability to detect incident issues

• Promptly alert relevant teams to find solutions

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners)

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service (ex Hospitality/ Call center is a plus)

• Good in communication and negotiation skills

• Basic analytical skill to keep track of performance

• Fast-learning and open to change

• Teamwork, time management and data analyst skills
