- Support business by processing Sales orders in order to give sufficient information on production availability and delivery status to both internal and external customers;
- Coordinating with Sales, Production and Logistics and inter-companies to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full;
- Manage documents by processing and filling all related documents pertaining to it to assure good profile well maintained for future reference;
- Follow up all activities in team by conduct and support all staff for provide excellent customer service.
This position will move officially to Hiep Phuoc IZ in Q2/ 2021.

- 2 year working experiences in customer service is a priority;
