2. Checking and monitoring Turn Around Time following Service commitment.
3. Updating service information into system.
4. Collecting service fees' payments.
5. Giving feedback of repair status to customer via phone/email.
6. Supporting customers to register warranty.
7. Collecting customers' Survey of repair service at Service Center.
8. Managing showroom at Service Center.
9. Monitoring receipt/shipment of repairing products from/to country side's client
10. Giving guidance of product's usage at showroom
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

3. Language skill: English is required (ability to use 4 English skills)
4. Experiences: 2 years
