Job description

Responsibilities: As an Customer Service cum Admin Officer, your job is to make sure customer interactions with the organisation are positive and leave them satisfied. You will take customer phone calls, respond to their inquiries and complaints, and assist our colleagues in China with completing their issues, all while remaining polite and professional. Customer Service Responsibilities: • Attend to walk in customers and provide good customer service • Attend to customers’ email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably • Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries Administrative Responsibilities: • Liaise and coordinate between stakeholders to ensure the requirements are met • Coordinate with the flow of work, arranging for meeting rooms, forms, travel/hotel bookings, car rental & payment, office set up, timesheet & leave records, Office equipment & furniture, etc. • Manage monthly outsource services such as photocopy rental, cleaning, accomodation, taxi, etc. • General administrative assistance • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 1-year related experience, strong passion in customer service work • Able to converse in verbal and written Mandarin, English and Vietnamese. Mandarin is a must as need to communicate with mandarin speaking stakeholders • Well organized, detail oriented, good communication skill • Efficient in both teamwork and independent work • Strong ownership and execution in work, logical thinking, and multi-task capability • Skillful in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
