- Prepare booking, issue HAWB/HBL for air/sea export shipments
- Issue debit note and sending pre-alert
- Communicate with agent, customer and other departments for smooth team working
- Make a good relationship with existing customers,
- Email correspondence, communication with customers, oversea agent, sub-contractors, etc.
- Issue quotation
- Communicate & co-operate with other departments (Customs broker, NVOCC, Accounting, etc.)
- Support to senior sales for sales outdoor activities, if requested
- Try to get new business, if possible
- Trouble shooting
- Other task assignments under senior sales, sales manager’s instruction

2) Experience of Logistics
- International AIR / OCEAN transportation
- Customs Clearance etc.
3) Good communication, negotiation, reporting skills, etc.

6th Floor , Dao Duy Anh Tower 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi, Vietnam
5) Working hour:
8:00AM – 17:00PM (Monday- Friday)
Saturday, Sunday: OFF
- Working at Hanoi office (9 Dao Duy Anh, Kim Lien)
- Go out & visit customer 2~3 times per week to strengthen the business relationship with current customers or go together with senior sales to say hello, greetings to new customers
- Company car is available for sales staff to use to visit customers’ factory, office within daytime.
- Customer’s location: Hanoi city, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, etc.
Salary: USD 350 to USD 450 (when he/she recruited, that’s depend on the skills and knowledge)
Company allowances (lunch, telephone, transportation, etc.)
Bonus: twice per year
